Integrated Management System Policy

DBS Management System Pvt. Ltd. is an independent Certification Body, which aims to provide an impartial, realistic and practical approach to its client’s certification requirements.

It is the AIM of DBS to:

  • Total compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining impartiality and confidentiality in certification process
  • Achieving customer satisfaction

Integrated Management System Objectives

DBS has set the following Objectives to meet the policy statement

  • To focus on certification of management systems in compliance with relevant International standard’s requirements.
  • To update and improve employees competency by providing at least 3 trainings in a year.
  • To achieve a customer satisfaction level of at least 80%.
  • Zero breach of confidentiality & impartiality.

Annual targets are formulated to achieve these objectives. Performance against these objectives is monitored regularly and reviewed by the management.
